Our real estate development projects include: residential subdivisions, single-tenant commercial sites, strip centers, and shopping malls. Our Team has built extensive and detailed checklists for all of our development projects.
For each project, we prepare a detailed plan and execute it. We create the development company, negotiate title insurance requirements and exceptions, scrub surveys, prepare and manage necessary documents for the purchase of the land, create all required easements, obtain permits and site plan approval, negotiate construction contracts and loan documents, and negotiate the lease with tenants.

Residential Real Estate
