Michigan Nonprofit Organizations – Section 501(c)(3)
By definition 501(c)(3) organization designation is applied to a wide range of humanitarian businesses: charitable, religious, educational, scientific, literary, testing for public safety, fostering national or international amateur sports competition, preventing cruelty to children or animals, etc.
With such a wide array of missions, understanding all of the relevant legal obligations can be intimidating, possibly overwhelming. Our extensive work with 501(c)(3) organizations helps to keep these important missions on track. The work these organizations do is vital to the entire community, and that is why we take such pride in serving them.
