Nonprofit Organization Law
In many ways, the world of nonprofit businesses and charitable organizations are both very unique. They are structured differently than their for-profit counterparts, and the ways in which success is measured are as varied as the organizations themselves.
That being said, nonprofits must exist, and thrive, in the same world as all other businesses. Therefore, they have legal obligations and opportunities that must be understood, navigated, and protected. Our experience with nonprofit organizations is vast, including extensive work with 501(c)(3) organizations, private foundations, real estate associations, and many more.
Success may be measured differently in the nonprofit world, but success is still the goal. Our clients understand that, and they know they can trust us to understand as well.
