Creditor’s Rights
Our goal is not to pursue litigation regardless of circumstance. Our goal is to serve the client with practical solutions. Our focus on results is the reason we structure our client consultations around a cost-benefit analysis. This approach helps to identify those claims that are strongest and those claims that aren’t in the best interest (financial or otherwise) of our client.
Financial institutions, businesses, retailers, manufacturers, landlords, and individuals all come to us for solutions to defaulted loans, breached security agreements, and past-due account debts. We also exclusively represent creditors in bankruptcy proceedings brought under Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13. From commercial and consumer collection matters to bankruptcy proceedings, we are devoted to the rights of creditors and to the results our clients seek.
