While we do not file or prosecute patents, we have an active relationship with trusted colleagues prepared to assist in the preparation of claims, responding to the patent examiner, and the defense of patentable inventions or claims of infringement.

However, we have experience with advising clients on licensing issues related to the exploitation of their patented invention and can assist you with review and drafting of licensing agreements or co-development agreements which may define who will own, protect, and patent the rights created during the relationship and upon completion of the invention.
