Michigan Liquor Licenses

The Michigan Liquor Control Commission has authority in the State of Michigan over the manufacturing, distribution and sale of alcoholic beverages. They are responsible for the issuance of Michigan liquor licenses, approval of any license transfers, regular on-site inspections of licensed premises, and all enforcement actions in connection with any license violations. Any business intending to manufacture, distribute or sell alcoholic beverages will need to work with the Michigan Liquor Control Commission.

With our experience working with the LCC, we will help guide you through every stage of the approval process – completing the initial liquor license application, responding to requests for additional or supplemental information, and preparing the final package of documents required in connection with the issuance or transfer of a state liquor license.

After you receive your state liquor license, we will then work with you to remain in compliance with state and local laws, respond to and represent you in connection with any alleged violations, and assist you if necessary in appealing any adverse rulings.
