Michael L. Rolf

Mike Rolf received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Cincinnati. He was admitted to the State Bars of Indiana and Ohio in 1970 and the State Bar of Michigan in 1972. Mike’s practice focuses on business law, particularly on the purchase and sale of businesses and entity formation.

He is a member of the Michigan State Bar Foundation, the Muskegon Rotary Club, and the Spring Lake Lake Board, a past president of Big Brothers/Big Sisters and the Spring Lake Improvement Association, and also enjoys skiing, fishing, and running.
