Melinda Cummings
Legal Assistant
Melinda or “Mindy” has been a legal assistant for over 25 years but has only recently joined the firm. She assists Nancy Ann Hornacek and Linda Kaare in the areas of estate planning and probate. Mindy schedules appointments and meetings and helps address client questions or inquiries.
Mindy worked for years in Georgia as a litigation and research paralegal and has recently married and moved to Muskegon. She studied at Floyd College in Rome, GA and Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, AL.
Mindy is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. and on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
