Briona Seaver
Paralegal
Briona Seaver has worked as the business area’s paralegal at Parmenter O’Toole since April of 2006. She spends a majority of her time setting up new limited liability companies, corporations, nonprofit corporations, and assisting nonprofits in obtaining tax exemption under Section 501(c)(3). She also assists attorney, Jeff Jacobson, with the registration of copyrights and trademarks.
Briona has been a lifelong resident of Muskegon County. She is a 2002 graduate of Whitehall District Schools, and she attended Grand Valley State University where she received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree with a double major in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies.
Briona’s hobbies include running, reading, photography and scrapbooking. She currently resides in Montague with her husband, Jake, their two young children, William and Brooklyn, and their two cats, Lilly and Belle.
Briona is available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
